Scheduling Instructions

To secure your photo session, we require a nonrefundable deposit. All Dash services require full, nonrefundable payment in advance. Essential packages require a $100 nonrefundable deposit, while all others require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. After we confirm the estimated cost of your session, we will debit your deposit from your account and deduct that amount from your final invoice and payment. Please ensure your credit card info is up-to-date to avoid any issues. Notate: If you require pricing options, we offer various sessions and packages to match your budget. However, please note that our packages' quotes, pricing, and details are non-negotiable.

Credit Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for storing your payment method. By providing this information you certify that you are the card owner or have authorization to charge on this card. Additionally you authorize STUDIOBUELL, LLC to charge the card for the rendered services. Your financial account could be debited as early as today or at the time of delivery.

Licensing Agreement

When the tour is ready, we will send the invoice. Then, after your payment is fully processed, you will receive the product, the virtual tour, and the packages ordered. We offer one free revision per order; after that, charges will be assessed for the additional editing services apart from the one revision. These revisions apply to images, video, editing, drone video, and all other services except Matterport. Matterport can not change after delivery. The price for further modifications begins at $50 per editing service and can increase depending on the editing needs.

If your card info is stored, we will process it automatically. You will receive a copy of the invoice and a receipt of payment made.

You agree to the STUDIOBUELL, LLC Usage Rights Agreement and Policies by paying and checking the submission box when placing the order.

Please note below:
{ Below, we refer to STUDIOBUELL, LLC as SB and the SB division. Likewise, we refer to WE HEART YOUR SPACE as WHYS. We refer to the Client as Client.}

WHYS Usage Rights policy gives full rights of use to the Client to market for only the duration of the sale of the property. Once the property sells, the Client's Usage Rights expire. For all other SB photography products delivered by SB, SB authorizes rights to Client through invoicing and payment made in full by Client. If we partially refund, the Client does not have photo usage rights. SB retains all Usage Rights and Copyrights to images provided without expiration. The non-refundable labor (50%) fee for photographing the session applies once services are rendered and paid for.

We DO NOT allow the Client to resell these rights to others. Any profit beyond branding and marketing of the property is not permitted. We ask the Client to direct any 2nd parties to us for reselling Usage Rights. We also ask the Client to give us full photo credit when publishing and posting photos online (i.e., websites, all social media sites, posts, hashtags, tagging). Please state all photos by Garett and Carrie Buell of STUDIOBUELL / studiobuell.com. If our RE Team photographs, we ask the Client to say all Photos by WE HEART YOUR SPACE Team, a Real Estate division of Studiobuell.com. Please connect posted photos to SB's and the Team's Social Media Pages and Sites. We appreciate hashtags/tags. For editorial-published work, the Client must send the 2nd party (parties) contact info to SB for approval.

Please note, Studiobuell Session, Rescheduling and Cancellation POLICY:
We need to ensure that no one is at the property during the session and that the spaces photographed are photo-ready for the scheduled appointment before the photographer arrives. Suppose the property (area) is unprepared on the day of the session. In that case, our office will reschedule the session, and a rescheduling monetary charge of $100.00 will be applied. Additionally, suppose the property needs to be prepared and photo-ready on the day of the session. In that case, our office can assess other costs (excluding rescheduling due to weather).
*** Letting us know you are not ready in advance, including the day before, avoids the cancellation fee.

Please note our Rescheduling POLICY:
It is crucial that you try to limit the number of times you reschedule your appointments—frequent rescheduling results in financial losses for us. Therefore, we have to impose fees to cover our costs. For instance, if you reschedule the same property three times, we will charge $50. If you reschedule four times, the fee will be $75; if it is five times, it will cost $100.
*** To meet the high demand and accommodate our client's needs, we offer the option to hold two dates for a single property. However, please keep in mind that this offer requires a double non-refundable deposit.
